Services Offered<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Red Design provides specialized professional services across four primary business units:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Graphic Design:<\/strong> Custom branding, marketing collateral, and digital asset creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pre &amp; Post-Press Printing:<\/strong> File preparation, proofing, print production, packaging, and finishing services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Used Printing Machinery (UPM):<\/strong> Sourcing, inspection, sales, and supply of pre-owned printing equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Marketing:<\/strong> SEO, social media management, performance marketing, and online brand strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Intellectual Property &amp; Proofing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Design Approvals:<\/strong> Prior to final printing or production, clients are provided with digital\/physical proofs. It is the client\u2019s sole responsibility to thoroughly check proofs for spelling, layout, design, color accuracy, and content. Red Design is not liable for errors approved by the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ownership:<\/strong> All original design concepts and assets remain the property of Red Design until full payment is received. Upon final settlement, usage rights\/ownership of approved custom designs are transferred to the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Printing &amp; Production Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Color Variations:<\/strong> Due to differences in monitor calibrations, paper stocks, and printing processes, slight color variations between digital screens and printed products may occur and are considered acceptable industry standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Turnaround Times:<\/strong> Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Red Design is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, material shortages, or client delays in approving proofs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Used Printing Machinery (UPM)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>As-Is Sales:<\/strong> All pre-owned\/used printing machinery is sold based on explicit inspection reports and terms agreed upon in the individual sales contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection &amp; Logistics:<\/strong> Clients are encouraged to inspect machines prior to finalizing purchases. Shipping, installation, and import\/export duties (if applicable) are governed by the specific purchase contract signed between Red Design and the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payments &amp; Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong> Services require advance payments or deposits as specified in your quotation\/invoice. Work begins only after the initial agreed payment is confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, Red Design reserves the right to retain the deposit or charge for work completed up to the cancellation date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds:<\/strong> Due to the custom nature of graphic design, print production, and specialized machinery logistics, payments made for approved\/completed work are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In no event shall Red Design, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services, whether such liability is under contract or otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
